Probably true.
The thing to consider is that "my" community is an enclave. Your community is an enclave.
The rampant advance of our gooberment kinda rolls over the shoulders of the real power of the citizens.
That rollover presents a vulnerable backside target for citizens.
Thing about that community enclave though is there is no real way to know who sees things as I do, or even if any of them see things as I do.
People become very polarized and are very easily pushed in a direction or I guess subject to suggestion.
And once that takes hold, once they move in one direction in their mind, it is damn near impossible to change that direction. Basically it boils down to a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.
I would say there are about two people I trust implicitly on this earth with the things I do not ever tell anyone, and some of those things are about politics.
Those two people are my mom and my dog. I know they will never betray me.
I can’t say that about anyone else at all.
