You Are Invited! Power Line, Ricochet, Fraters Meet-Up on Saturday [Bumped]
All Power Line readers are invited, along with their friends and relatives. If you live in or near the Twin Cities, you should come–we are having a Power Line, Ricochet and Fraters Libertas meet-up at Keegan’s Irish Pub at 5:00 on Saturday. Brian Ward and I will record our next episode of the Hinderaker-Ward Experience live at the pub, beginning at around 6:00, depending on the rowdiness of the crowd and other factors. It will be fun; if you can make it, please say hello and introduce yourself.
Keegan’s is in Northeast Minneapolis, at 16 University Ave NE. That is across the river from downtown Minneapolis, easily accessible from just about anywhere. We are expecting a number of guests from the world of Minnesota politics and media. So please do come, if you can!
What is yer latest “gorebull” warming reading...this AM we had freezing fog, but warmed up to 67.....if ya can’t hit 57, I’m a no show....
Supposed to be in the 40’s. First weekend above freezing since, years it seems.
People will be driving around with their convertible tops down and wearing shorts. I kid you not.
But hey, Mardi Gras is over, what else do you have to do?

Put me on the list. It's suppose to be warm Saturday, so I'm going snow shoeing on Medicine Lake- before the 3 feet of ice melts. (under the 2 feet of snow).

I wish I could come, but am hosting a gathering for Tom Emmer on Saturday. For Freepers, you should know that Tom Emmer is the likely GOP candidate for House District 6 in Minnesota - Michele Bachmann’s seat. For liberals who are hoping that when Michele leaves, they will have an easier opponent, think again. Tom will be every bit as forceful as Michele. MN’s 6th District is conservative and we will not let Conservatives down with this one.
I didn’t know Emmer before his radio gig. Obviously I voted for him but I didn’t know how good he was. I didn’t know anything about him. And his campaign sucked.
Go Emmer. He’s is the best.
