Yes, of course.

"Obamacare" is not a health care service program at all. No one employed under PPACA delivers as much as an aspirin. Obamacare is a system of taxation, fines, and payments to bureaucrats, insurance companies, and minorities that does not provide for or deliver a single physician, nursing, or hospital service.

It will, almost surely, RESULT in "no healthcare services at all" in certain areas, because most of the money for bureaucrats, insurance companies, and minorities is belong diverted from paying for care, but it's very important to recognize, and to tell everyone who thinks otherwise, that this is not a service program in any way, shape, or form.
