Been through several hurricanes here in SFL.
Wilma blew a 15 y/o tree onto my house. Had to fix the roof.
Ah, just another day on earth.
We have low-sloped roofs, CBS and hurricane shutters just for this reason.
We had the eye(s) of three hurricanes pass over Lakeland in six weeks the year before we left the purgatory state. Of course now we have tornadoes (sigh). But, at least we don’t have to suffer through ten month summers.
