I heard speculation on the news that low life Obama may try to appoint him during the senate recess.

Everything the white hut does is political & this one is definitely a hot potato..in this case, ideology might trump.
But, would shine spotlight on those that voted like Landrieu, Hagan etc..
My guess is after the elections..
