I am assuredly out of the loop, behind the times, not hip to the latest lingo.
I owe a Big Debt on that one .
the quote came from fellow FReepster Joshua C. !
They're just evolved pecs.
Look at it this way: In reaching down into the hull-crushing abyss of mockery and ridicule searching for an accurate description of the oxygen-stealing traitorous pile of steaming Demonrat deposited in the Oval Office, sometimes it may appear that there is some kind of affection for the current low-life Commie-KGB tyrant-scum-of-the-earth President of Russia.
I admire Putin for being a competent player in the great game of international politics. I fully understand he is a hard case ruler would will not hesitate at murdering a real or imagined enemy. He is setting himself up as a new sort of Czar oover a revived Russian Empire. Is he a patriot, I think so, is he a “Christian”? hard to say—maybe when it enhances his goals. I admire him the way British Troops admired Erwin Rommel in North Africa. Give the devil his due, but keep him in check. sadly, Obama seems out of his pay grade dealing with this Neo-imperialst. He will lie, he will cheat, to get his way—Obama does this too—but only to achieve his Progressive goals nationaly—Putin lies to expand Russia—simple.
Captain James T. Kirk: He was the best of the tyrants and the most dangerous. They were supermen in a sense. Stronger, braver, certainly more ambitious, more daring.
Mr. Spock: Gentlemen, this romanticism about a ruthless dictator is...
Captain James T. Kirk: Mr. Spock, we humans have a streak of barbarism in us. Appalling, but there, nevertheless.
I have felt that also. Putin is former head of KGB and a tyrant like bama only wishes he was. I believe what many conservatives actually like about Putin is his transparency. Everyone knows exactly what Putin is doing. He always does what is best for Russia. I wish I felt the same about O.
He was a Lt. Colonel in the KGB when the USSR fell. No where close to being the head of it.
Thanks for the laughs.
Well, yes and no:
On 25 July 1998, Yeltsin appointed Vladimir Putin head of the FSB (one of the successor agencies to the KGB), the position Putin occupied until August 1999. He became a permanent member of the Security Council of the Russian Federation on 1 October 1998 and its Secretary on 29 March 1999.

Putin was a Lt. Colonel in the KGB.
Obama was a community organizer with Acorn.
Putin is a Russian with his country’s interests at heart.
barry is in this for himself.
Putin is not to be honored, but he does command respect.
barry not so much on either count.
Putin is playing geopolitical chess.
Obama is trying to squash internal political enemies and destroy this country.
Putin has earned his stripes.
barry was given his stripes.
what else?
Well said!
That's the way I think of Putin.
