Carl Gallups @ 0:10: I talked with Mike Zullo yesterday and he assures me...that major media is heavily involved...they are involved in this criminal case for certain...and will be released very soon. It was good to get confirmation of the names of the people involved in the media...big, big, big names.
This is going to be huge. So this is not going to go unnoticed. It is not going to go unreported like the last couple of conferences that Sheriff Arpaio did on the birth certificate where major media knew about it and showed up but would not report it. But now they're coming to Arpaio and Zullo. They know what's going on. They know some of it. They know bits and pieces of it and they're chomping at the bit and making their promises and lining up the ducks.
We don't have a date in March but they're still shooting for a late March conference and release of the criminal investigation and information...of the Universe Shattering information. The date of late March is still fluid. Don't panic!...Just hang on.
Now that major media is involved they're gonna want to time it with other events. They're gonna want to do some film footage and some interviews. The hard copy information that they have of this criminal activity that they have traced to the White House continues to pour in...continues to mount and so they're still in this huge investigation process...

Didn't we hear that the young, former military guy shot in his car in the DC area and worked as DoS contractor was spouting that DoS records indicated there was no one with the name Barack Obama that had a passport until such an official one was issued for the then newly-minted Senator from Illinois?

Leiutenant Quarles Harris Jr was a DC gangbanger who got pulled over for tinted windows. Inside his car police found a stack of credit cards under various names, a couple of completed passport applications, and a bunch of weed. Under questioning, he admitted being part of an identity theft ring that had a guy inside the private company the State Dept outsources passport applications to. He was giving them copies of the forms after they’d been processed, which the gang would then use the info from to apply for cards. While out on bail, he got shot—not exactly rare for a young black man involved in crime in DC. Any connection to Obama’s passport is pure speculation, if not outright fantasy.
Holder could watch Obama beat a toddler to death on Christmas day and would not prosecute.
What will happen, people will become disgusted. People will recognize that The Democrat party is a cesspool of crime, and it has now destroying the rule of law.

If Sheriff Arpaio has evidence of a crime having been committed in Maricopa County, the County Attorney has assured the Cold Case Posse that he will investigate any alleged crime committed in his jurisdiction.
I’m sure that you are correct that Sheriff Arpaio will turn over any evidence of crimes committed in other jurisdictions to the prosecuting attorneys for those jurisdictions. However federal crimes are prosecuted by U.S. Justice Department employees, either one of the 93 U.S. Attorneys or by D.O.J. prosecutors.
What alleged crimes, committed by whom and in what locale remains to be revealed. It should be exciting!
All true. But check to see who tries cases of treason. Is it the SCOTUS for members of the other branches of government ?

My thought is most likely no, but anything is possible, just not probable. Treason is the highest of High Crimes (and misdemeanors). It would most likely be dealt with by impeachment and trial.
The general consensus in the legal profession is that the President cannot be arrested or indicted.
Richard Nixon was named by the Watergate Grand Jury as an “unindicted co-conspirator.” Impeachment is the constitutionally mandated quasi- judicial process to remove a treasonous president.

The impeach process is only the two step act of removal. House find him guilty of charges. Senate decides on punishment - removal if necessary
Any charges after that are seperate charges. WJC was found guilty of perjury - had license removed etc.
The process of original jurisdiction thru the federal court is a completely different check/balance. That has never been tested/used by the system iirc. But it is listed under III
