The problem is each side sees the other side as “the criminal elements.” And, from each perspective, they’re right. This statement, unless there’s something I don’t understand that’s implied, says nothing.
It is easy. Gun confiscation is tantamount to going to prison without due process. SWAT should only be used for defensive purposes.
