The proof of that is the fact that the largest corporate contributors to the Obama campaign were the employees of J.P. Morgan and Goldman-Sachs.
Also Obama got 44% of the vote of persons with incomes of $100,000 or more. There are lots of upper middle class and wealthy liberals.
