The current House of Representatives are the ONLY ones who choose their Speaker.
Since even non-Members are allowed to be voted in to be speaker of the House, even IF Boehner lost at the hands of the Ohio Voters, the Next House could choose Boehner to be their Speaker.
Boehner is Speaker BECAUSE our sorry RINO Reps. want him to be their doormat to the Democrats Speaker.
The Democrat Members want Boehner to be their Speaker BECAUSE Boehner is a doormat to all Democrats.
