I can top that. A family member who, at the time, was a Chief Detective, let me read from a binder of police reports of his officers. I was astonished! These are legal documents that are often used and read in court. About 50% were written at a about a 4th or 5th grade level (I would guess). Phonetic spelling, run on sentences, past and present tense conflicts, improper punctuation, no punctuation...

Hmmm. That sounds like a lot of comments I read on FR.

True! I've seen some unreadable stuff of FR here and there (Walls of Text, All caps, etc. If it's bad enough, I give the benefit of the doubt and assume a FReeper is working off a smart phone on tiny buttons with fat thumbs. But I also don't expect anyone's pay grade to be affected by postings on FR. I certainly hope nobody ever has to read them in court. Besides, anything that might confuse the NSA can't hurt. LOL.
