I had worked on an Algerian natural gas project where much of the drawings used French. The grammer is backwards. Hmm, talking backwards, kinda like “backward masking?” The Devil’s language?

The only thing that is really reversed in the noun-adjective order. The order used in French is common in many languages.

The remainder of the difference is the preponderance of prepositions in the French translation.
