At any rate the “Mark of the Beast” is a term used in Christian theology regarding the times when the ant-Christ comes to power and his hold on the economies and revenues in the world. Of interest is currently it would take a week or less to integrate the entire banking systems worldwide...if that. A simple computer crisis would give them reason and time to implement such.

I read the intro on this thread then began to read the comments. You came up at number 3. And since I do not know anything about the Roots person have nothing to say about him.

And given John 1:1 it seemed natural that Christians of any and all divisions would know and able to answer the question what is the mark of the beast. Because as it is described there will not be any 'force' used to get the majority of the inhabitants of the earth to take the mark.

The liberals are pretty much running things here on earth, and what could they possible 'offer' that would cause the majority to be marked? It reads to me this is as much a 'religious' mark as an economic/political one.

It makes a difference this thread’s using ‘Roods’ as the source lead in any discussion about end times events. It would be an interesting topic otherwise but I’m not going to discuss it on this particular thread...and by doing so encourage folks to seek out his outlandish teachings linked...but you’re certainly free to do as you wish.

Indeed it likely is. Michael Rood describes this in the video linked above. His reasoning sounds pretty plausible and he pretty well covers his thoughts on the matter in the last 20 minutes in the video.
