I’m comparing Barry’s lips to Obama Sr. and FMD who both have very thick lips. Malcolm and Barry have tulip shaped lips and ,frankly, I think there is a tremendous resemblance between the two men.
In some photos, yes. In some photos, no. It depends on the picture and the angle.
I don't really think this guy looks much like Obama:
