Illegals committing fraud?
Now I understand how the stolen info from a credit card was used in Texas border towns and in Mexico.
My credit card company caught the bs quickly and cancelled my card.
It was a typical fraud use in a few small purchases, and then the purchases got bigger and were in Mexico about the same time.
I asked the security guy with my credit card about the Texas/Mexico connection as I haven’t been in Texas for decades and at least a decade in Mexico. The last time was a cruise on Mexico’s west coast and our credit cards hadn’t been use.
The credit card security guy avoided answering me re the Mexican connection.
This is why we ask our retailers to be aware,” the chief said. “If you have a customer that gets a card and it gets declined, then he gets another one and another one and goes through a dozen until it clears, you should call someone.”
