as the opponents of the second amendment always say that armed citizens never stop rampage shootings, why is this incident not front page newsBecause if a mass of people were not shot then it is not a "mass shooting." The claim that mass shootings are never stopped by armed citizens cannot be disproved because of the way the terms are defined. If it was stopped then there was no "mass shooting" and therefore a "mass shooting" was not stopped.
