I suspect it's just another way to "thin the herds" of all those elderly conservative speed bumps on the road to our glorious future:
- Don't need breast cancer screening so often.
- PSA testing too expensive. Just do the digital exam every two years.
- Limit the number of Mohs surgeries.
- Only two heart catheterizations per customer, please!
- How about a little end of life counseling?
