That's called 'pretzel logic'. Gays are getting sick because people are afraid of gays so they don't give them health care.

It’s not that “homophobes” are refusing to administer the tests. It’s that the gays are afraid they’ll encounter a “homophobe” (read: someone who tells them the truth about their sexual proclivities), so they don’t go get tested in the first place, and then keep engaging in what I’ve seen described as “the riskiest sexual behavior”.
