100%. That was the first thing that jumped out at me. Plenty of cars around, upper and lower road, and no visible reaction from any of them. Amazing.

I totally understand where you’re coming from but I watched this over and over many times and if you watch the trajectory of the car flipping, falling off the ramp, the car falls taking a lunging dive, totally bypassing any part of the lower highway, straight into the ravine-like ditch. No one really gets the chance to even notice the car as it lunges past, beyond the lower freeway. The two lanes were lightly traveled and for the moment the car went into the ditch I noticed the lanes were rather empty, people driving much too fast looking straight ahead probably never even saw the car fall. The cars on the upper level could do nothing except to keep on going.
