Let me propose a different thing
Is there natural logic?..
Can or do natural laws interact in a logical fashion with each other?
Can they interact with each other to a point that they behave in a fashion that seem intelligent and directed?..not unlike a computer program?
If so what is intelligence?

There exists Natural Law and there exists the Laws of Logic. They are two different invariant abstract entities.

Can or do natural laws interact in a logical fashion with each other?

Natural Law , like physical laws, are descriptive. They do not interact.

Intelligence could roughly be defined as a quality or characteristic of mind characterized by a panoply of features such as thought, perception, sentience, and many other invariant, abstract (non-physical) entities.
