We moved in June from Solano County to Arizona (Scottsdale), which meets all three of the stated criteria.I just left Solano County 6 weeks ago. I retired from the AF at Travis AFB, then retired from 25 years at CSP Solano, on Peabody Road in Vacaville, but I went a WHOLE lot further than AZ.

Not too far from where we were (Benicia).
We moved to Arizona as that is where our kids settled.
Did you run across Charlie while you were there at CSP?
