You beat me to it. Doctors can just Google their patients for info like that.

It’s not important if the teen is being diddled by a 40-year old homosexual. Leave that be.
What matters is, “Does your reactionary tea-party father have a gun in the house? What kind?”

And presumably posting an excerpt here, hoping idiots will click over the examiner...right?

I’d like to reply by saying this is perhaps nature’s way of telling people not to screw everything that has two legs and moves...
But that would be no solution. It doesn’t help of course that some STDs are symptomless in men, but horrible for women.

If doctors assume they are having sex, why dont they at least talk to them about preventing an unwanted pregnancy or how to protect themselves from becoming infected?

hy dont they at least talk to them about preventing an unwanted pregnancy or how to protect themselves from becoming infected? Some of the doctors will talk with the parent before taking with the teen, others will directly talk with the teens.

Our doctor says University of Texas Austin has the highest numbers of STDs around. It’s a cesspool of nasties.

I was once asked if I would do harm to myself. I asked how much harm would a bag of cookies do. Another quizzed our kids on guns in the house. Uh, duh, daddy’s in LE. Thankfully, they were smart enough not to play that game. How did these morons get their licenses?

The teenager does not have to ask questions if the doctor assumes they are already sexually involved.
The presumption should be the other way. I know that this isn't the modern way, but it is an insult to anybody in my family to presume he is being unchaste.

I have some young female relatives I know WAY too much about their sex lives. Thanks to Facebook.

The lazy fools can go on the internet and educate themselves. It’s not like it’s restricted online. I’m sick of hearing about how stupid so many teenagers are these days despite the plethora of education available about all of it.

Yikes! I don’t do Facebook and I have no children or young relatives so I hadn’t even thought of it that way.
