No one will have any money left to actually see a doctor (who have seen the writing on the wall and retired). People will die.

Dhimmicrats will wring their hands and blame Bush.

Once everybody is signed up, the bureaucracy will then start balancing the books by cutting what gets covered and who gets covered until the costs have been pared back to, “affordability”.

Lest we forget, the only cohort which ever had a rooting interest in the ACA were those who were uninsured prior to the passing of the law.

Not exactly true. Insurance companies are always rooting for 40 million new guaranteed federally mandated policies, er customers.

Actually it looks like a large number are falling off the rolls. Far more cancelled than enrolled.

So as a rich Republican, I’m looking to enjoy the less crowded conditions this year.

The power of government is being used to bail out the costs of health care. See my tagline.

The close relationship of business and government is on full display in this debate from Democrats and Republicans alike as they debate over the size of the health insurance marketplace that people are forced to participate in.

Charles Krauthammer has predicted that the health insurance industry will ask for a bailout within a year.

Banish the thought.. This yoke of slavery is an outright abomination against The People of America and must be dismantled and its authors removed from office permanently. That the African Americans still support him even after he cast another chain onto their legs and further enslaved them and their children is a testament to their own refusal to let go of racism and choose common sense and logic. It’s mind numbing that they still believe the white man is keeping them down when the only “proof” is the podium of the black activists who profit from their hatred.

people will die

Some will, but some will live because medications, treatments, and medical diagnosis sometimes do more harm than good.

Fewer people will be insured after all is said and done.

If you couldn’t afford insurance before, how are you going to afford it when its 3 times the cost and doesn’t cover anything?

All they are saying is that they are making insurance available to those who aren’t insured. But insurance was always available. The cost was too high if you weren’t in a group plan or didn’t qualify for Medicaid or some version thereof.

So they fix it by driving the cost 3 times higher yet.

I disagree with the premise of the article. The intent was never to cover the uncovered. It was to destroy the private health insurance market. “So far, so good,” said the optimist who was at the third floor after jumping off the eighth.

Hospitals will close, doctors will quit, young nurses will get married and become midweives, the medical care field will become band aids and aspirin and Russia will be laughing at us.

Once everyone is “covered” then it all be perfectly logical and reasonable for the government to control and regulate every last living condition of the individual.

Russia is already laughing at us.
Putin may be a corrupt bastard, an egomaniac and homicidal to boot, but he is a patriot WRT his country and figures out what needs to be done and does it, let the bodies fall where they may.

I admire him the way I do a great white shark; he’s learned from Stalin, Kruschev, Nixon, Reagan and Clinton and Mao both as to what works and what doesn’t. And anything or anyone in the way of Russia becoming the world’s greatest superpower is in grave danger; which is as it should be WRT the leader of a nation. History will judge him as one mean, avaricious and amoral SOB, but one who left his nation stronger, which is the only real criteria as far as history.

Just a cranky .02

Partial Government payor is Insurance Socialism.

Total Government payor is Insurance Communism.

Obama is an advocate for Insurance Communism, along with Senator Harry Reid, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, MSNBC’s Mika, and FOX’s Bob Beckel.

What is the difference between a Communist and an an advocate for Communism?

Answer: Most Obama voters don’t care.

Lenin would be so proud.

I agree. My brother is a huge supporter of Obama, and I was finally able to trap him into a corner where he admitted there has to be rationing (death panels).
