We may very well decide on humanitarian grounds, that we must allow some of the people who have come here in violation of the law and who have stayed here in violation of the law, and who have worked here in violation of the law, to have some legal status to live and work here. We DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING ELSE! And we especially do not owe them the right to vote. If we grant such people the vote, we would be MAKING A GRAVE MISTAKE.

the Senate Bill has a minimum of 13 years before anyone can become a citizen, they will not be voting soon

Look at the phrase which repeats in your post: "in violation of the law." They are criminals. They were perfectly willing to violate our laws in order to benefit themselves, and they are adults who did so deliberately. They deserve nothing.

We DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING ELSE! I agreed with everything you said...except that I'm sure that when you said we didn't owe them anything else, you meant we didn't owe then anything, period.
