No internet allowed at the stores. No direct deposit. POS/inventory system from 1985. Manually operated shipping and receiving for 50,000 square foot warehouses.

I’m surprised they were still in business for you to be able to quit.
Seems like opportunities and challenges galore to bring that company into the 20th century. After completing that, you could start on the 21st century upgrades.
