Probably you’ve been hearing people whine that Republican governors have been sabotaging the law by using the federal exchange instead of spending a few hundred million dollars to develop and run their own. Maybe you won’t hear so much about that now...

If you had asked me to pick out one politician even less competent than Obama, I would have answered Martin O’Malley.

Like the federal exchange works?~?

He is open to all alternatives — the SC option would serve his citizens a lot better. This way he is dumping them off the MD exchange that does not work and onto the fed exchange which is NOT SECURE and which does not work.

People in MD open your eyes! You are being dumped, not served!

It doesn't, but at least O'Malley won't get blamed for the debacle.

It's coming down to who can best get away with the blame game - better start early because it's only going to get worse - every man for himself.

NEWS FLASH Maryland's healthcare exchange director resigns after questions about vacationing in the Cayman Islands....

FOLLOW THE PAPER TRAIL.....setting up offshore accounts for kith and kin......hauling bagsful of govt cash to offshore banks? Can you say govt fraud, conspiracy, collusion, money-laundering and tax evasion?

==========================================

OBAMACARE FINANCES THE PERMANENT DEMOCRAT MAJORITY Obama was jet-streaming hundreds of billions to Maryland and other state exchanges----and he used the same scam w/ earlier TARP bailouts---then-NJ Dem Gov Jon Corzine got $18.3 Billion TARP which promptly disappeared (Corzio was running for reelection but lost).

Remember that when they landed in DC, Obama sent his COS Rahm Emanuel to "oversee" the US Treasury (TARP source of funds)-----it was unusual for a prez COS to held two jobs.

==================================================

THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR---COLLUSION AND CONSPIRACIES GALORE When he went to jail, L/E uncovered some $8.9 billion funneled to Ponzi King Madoff through a dozen so-called feeder funds based in Europe, the Caribbean and Central America......consisting of a labyrinth of hedge funds, management companies and service providers that, to unsuspecting outsiders, seemed to compose a formidable system of checks and balances.

But the purpose of this complex architecture was just the opposite: the feeder funds provided different modes for directing money to Madoff in order to avoid scrutiny and generate more payoffs and kickbacks.

A "philanthropist" who invested foundation money with Mr. Madoff, and hedge fund money managers, are among at least eight Madoff investors and associates being scrutinized by the US attorney, along w/ Madoff family members and employees.

I'm constantly reminded - Nixon's VP, Agnew, resigned. His Attorney General, Mitchell, went to jail. His COS, Erlichmann and his advisor, Haldemann went to jail. G. Gordon Liddy , an aide went to jail, ...

And for me, at the time, I thought this was just.

I believed the media.

I was young then.

I live in Maryland unfortunately, and that would be funny.

Basically it says that too few Marylanders are signing up for Maryland exchanges, partly due to O Malley-care website problems.

Our view: The O'Malley administration has made progress on its Obamacare website, but the question of whether to scrap it remains unanswered (Balt Sun December 17, 2013)

He prob. could not find anyone to take over the MD exchange after the mini-Sebelius was forced to resign (for being on a fancy vacation on Oct. 1 HA!)

But he is pushing MD citizens overboard without life jackets.

I really don’t think that is a viable option at this point, given that it’ll probably take at least another 3.5 years to add all of the Maryland connections to healthcare.gov.
