No joke. There was a case here in Baltimore where the FBI was looking for the perp, having been seen driving alone in a red car.
The feds pulled over a red car with a guy and his girlfriend (who was driving), and shot the kid in the face.
I mean it was a red car after all, different make, model and had 2 people in it, but gosh.

I remember that.
There were two cops, one on each side of the car, shouting into the open windows.
The cop on the driver side was yelling "License and registration!"
The cop on the passenger side was yelling "Get out of the car!"
The kid reached for his registration so the cop on the passenger side shot him.
I remember that. An FBI agent walked up to him and shot him as he sat in his car. I do not think anything[other that being promoted] ever happened to the agent.
