Texas legislature is not now in session, is it? Will Gov. Perry call for a special session? My hope is that Texas will be following the lead of S.C.

Our Texas guys have been awful quiet lately.

I think the framework for nullification has been built, now only to to wait for 2014 screams from the electorate getting gored by zerocare to call a special session and nullify it.

Perry called Kathleen Sebilius six months ago and told her he won’t implement it... sounds like he’s ready to go
