That includes people whose existing health plans were canceled because they didn't meet robust requirements of Obamacare.
But the question is whether insurers will heed the measures that are voluntary — such as allowing coverage to begin on Jan. 1 for payments after Dec. 31, covering prescription refills from previous plans and allowing in-network access to out-of-network doctors through the end of January."..............
