I can put an ISO on the smaller USB, how do I make it bootable?

Of course, the really funny part, is we think that anything under a hundred megs is small, though we used to get by with good old command.com, which was nano sized compared to the smallest modern distro. Of course, a modern linux kernel will do a hell of a lot more than DOS of any version would, but still...
