We've had a couple of dustings and a couple less than an inch, but last night we got 3-4 inches. It warmed up to 18 this morning, but we will be blow zero tonight.

I have already run my snow blower twice in West Michigan!
Very nice. It’s grey, dreary and in the 30’s with NW winds here in South Central PA. We are expecting several inches of snow tomorrow afternoon/evening followed by ice. I’m not looking forward to ice. Snow is great, ice is not.
We were below zero early this morning in E. Washington. The wind is howling in the valley, but I am watching one of our resident hawks hunting below the house with a warm coffee. Life is good.

What’s it like living in Idaho? Always tried to convince the wife to go there. Looks like good, clean, open air kind of living.

Dale Smith, a father of five who lives in South San Jose was piloting the single-engine Beech Bonanza that disappeared after reporting engine trouble last Sunday. Aboard the plane were Dale Smith, his son Daniel Smith, his wife Sheree Smith, daughter Amber Smith and her fiancé Jonathan Norton. Amber Smith and Norton, who are scheduled to graduate next year from BYU-Idaho, are to be married on Jan. 4.The traveling group had been in Baker City, Ore., where Dale Smith's father lives, celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday. On Sunday, the five were traveling in the six-seat plane built in 1983 to Butte, Mont., to drop off Daniel and Sheree Smith.

In Southern California it’s about 32 degrees with light snow up in the mountains, going down to about 15 tonight...About an hour away near the coastal plain, it’s raining and will get up to about 57 today...
It’s terrible, you wouldn’t like it. I hear California is really nice, though. ;-)
Greetings from Eastern Washington. Bright blue sky, sunshiny day here but thermometer says seven degrees. No wind though so seems warmer. We did enjoy your video.
Where does the hawk get its coffee?
I think he is more interested in a warm vole or mouse. My wife would give them coffee if they continued to leave the chickens alone. We regularly have bald eagles, several types of owls, falcons, and an occasional golden eagle flying around here. Beautiful creatures!
we had our first actual freeze a mild one two days ago.
Im in northern california just north of San Francisco..where hilly roads often get closed if it snows at all...
