There’s that ‘Newport Green’ again. At one time it was a popular color for non slip areas. Our 40 ft Yorktown was done in it. When it started looking ragged I repainted in a nice silver gray. So much better.

Yep, the venerable and iconoclastic Mac 26. If you trust them, and many do, they are a very big light 26, sails great, trailers easy. That’s a escape pod you could keep in your driveway. Or a young man could head for the islands, hoping to so sweep a girl off her feet, she’d overlook the cramped quarters, preferring to stick to the skipper like a barnacle.

portable head ....outboard ....MacGregor sailboat ....

MacGregor? Well OK, offer $3500 you'll buy it. But keep her in the slip; you'll live longer. Learn how to furl and cover your main, get a proper marine toilet, ... etc. ad inf

... or save up the $6500 and put toward a real boat. This is by no stretch of the imagination a boat for the open sea, especially around Wilmington. This is a day sailor, at most a weekender in VERY quiet water. Danger.

BTW, Obama has been an absolute boon to lobux wannabe escapist yachtsmen. Since NOBODY has any cash, that $6500 would go a long way toward a real boat.
