That is very unlikely. I have studied the JBS for more than 40 years. Furthermore, unlike yourself, I have acquired a very substantial amount of primary source evidence re: the JBS which I am certain you have never seen. For example, I have acquired thousands of pages of the personal papers of JBS National Council members which are archived at various universities and other institutions.

In addition, I have a considerable amount of private correspondence between Robert Welch and many individuals.

I also have a copy of the unpublished 1950’s “private letter” manuscript by Welch (The Politician) which is NOT available in any American library.

Beyond that, I have debated or exchanged letters and emails with hundreds of JBS members — and I have obtained dozens of master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, and academic conference papers which very few individuals have.

Lastly, I am the first and only person in our country who obtained the entire FBI HQ main file on the JBS (12,000 pages) along with most of the FBI field office files. I also have the FBI sub-files on the JBS which contain thousands of newspaper and magazine articles along with JBS press releases, transcripts of interviews of JBS officials.

I have donated a major amount of material in my collection to various colleges and universities (such as Marquette University, University of Mississippi, Kansas University and University of California-Berkeley) and I have arranged to post online (on Internet Archive) many of the FBI files which I have obtained during my 33 years of FOIA research into political extremist individuals and organizations (right and left). See, for example: https://archive.org/details/lazarfoia

So, if YOU have anything comparable to report about your research — I would be happy to learn about it.

I see you have had a long term interest in the JBS, assuming the metapedia page related to the material you provided is correct:

John Birch Society obsession

Back in the 1960s Lazar as a teenager was a liberal--if not a radical--and would have political discussions with a police relative over the issues of police brutality, drug use, and police corruption.[4] One day he obtained a copy of the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin from the same relative containing J. Edgar Hoover’s comments on a particular subversive organization. Lazar decided to write a letter to the editor of his local paper concerning Hoover’s remarks. Lazar took offense when a member of the John Birch Society challenge his letter and replied, "Is it just coincidence that Ernie’s words so arty, sound just like the Communist Party?"[5]

He soon began his lifelong research--some calling it an obsession--on the John Birch Society and by 1980 started requesting files from the FBI seeking to obtain personal information on members of the organization. He eventually obtained the entire file on the John Birch Society, all 12,000 pages from the FBI. From there he branched off into investigating other conservative and nationalist organizations.

As someone who apparently grew up as a "liberal - if not a radical" hearing others denounce leftist ideas must grate on you.

How, exactly, do you know that you are the "first and only"?
