There is something about the timng of this that make me very curious, and that's that the Dems just went nuclear in the Senate.

The Dems went nuclear after repeated attempts by the Dems to fill empty seats on the DC court. The DC court has a light workload, and doesn't need the extra help, but by filling the seats the Dems can swing the bench their way - it currently leans conservative.

Why are the Dems desperate enough to use the nuclear card, just to swing the DC court their way?! I can make a few guesses, and the best one is that they need the court stacked in their favor to act as a Maginot Line, against something coming down the line. Originally I thought it had to do with Holder, now I'm not so sure.

Interesting observation considering the action was taken by one of the primary perps in the fraud. I hadn't considered that.

Volin had told us earlier that 75 such kits had been distributed to members of Congress, their staffers and in some cases, chiefs of staff. Over the August congressional recess, Volin and others met with their respective congressmen in their district offices.

Volin told The Post & Email that his group made a “special stop” at Rep. Steve Stockman‘s office to deliver letters which Volin had solicited over the last several weeks. “They came pouring in,” he said of the letters. “We hand-delivered the letters to Stockman’s office. We had a meeting for at least 45 minutes with one of his aides. We were told to by his aide to follow up with him. They want an additional meeting not only with me, but also with Mike Zullo. They are requesting additional information, and not only Stockman’s office. There were other congressmen’s offices that want more information and actually requested it.” excerpted from here

I long ago came to the conclusion that Zippo was chosen, groomed, schooled, and the evidence of a past put in place by some very powerful people. After the 2012 elections I pretty much figured it was over. But for the grace of God and some very courageous men, maybe not.
