having no means of verifying the author’s sources or even vetting the author, caustion is due because certainly there are plenty of players in Egypt and powers outside Egypt who like nothing better than keeping ant-American conspiracy stories alive, whether true or not

I’m not saying we have any evidence the story is created for those reasons, only that we have no evidence on which to judge if the story is the truth - as far as the Morsi-CIA connection part of it goes.
