FIRE THE INCOMPETENTS!

I was a Systems & Programming manager for large banks for 22 years. If my applications and systems didn’t run perfectly I would have been FIRED@!

Other users may decide not to enroll on the website because they are not as familiar with signing up for products online, and some people whose family situation is “complex” may choose to call in their applications or go to an in-person walk-in center.

And, when those 20% of users call in or go to a walk-in center, which website will the friendly helpers be using, Jay?

Apart from the lousy product that is being forced upon buyers, the website could have been near perfect had Obama been more interested in spending the taxpayer’s money responsibly, instead of going for cronyism and stimulus of of leftist groups. What they have now will never be any good. It will have to be scrapped, and I hope the whole bag of fascist crap is scrapped with it.

$630,000,000 doesn’t go very far anymore.

But by God (oops...I mean Obama), we will have perfect health care plans (except they’ll be expensive)! They’ll cover everything that we deem necessary whether it’s actually needed or not.

And then...we will have utopia, nirvana, paradise (though none of those rules will apply to us, of course)

I’ve been around ‘Mission Critical’s more than a few years here in Silicon Valley, and near everywhere you go, they test it and test it some more,, even if its automated is better than nothing. There ain’t enough egg to go around on this one.

Good one!

And that's the entire point. A store which is selling a defective product doesn't loose many sales because the cash register is clunky and hard to use.

At some point in the near future, it is entirely possible that the website will operate as well as Amazon or McMaster-Carr. That would solve the problem if they sold stuff people wanted like Amazon or McMaster-Carr. But they don't.

Unisys (Burroughs) mainframer here. We had a mini “A” that we tested just about everything on before it went live. We had a whole department whose job was to TEST and find problems.

Imagine security holes in a banking system??! Or messing up balances?! The whole staff would have been dumped and the bank probably sued and fined out of business.

I’d say the website will be the most successful aspect of Obamacare; the actual healthcare system will be a huge failure. Imagine how many millions of people will ultimately die early deaths due to rationed healthcare compared to the present system. It will be the crime of the century in this country. A bunch of people should be held accountable for this, and it shouldn’t be a slap on the wrist.

Brilliant deception claim! Now when 95% of the people have trouble using the web site, they’ll think they’re part of the 20%! After all, who you gonna believe, a bunch of citizen schmoes or KommieKare website statistics about how great it’s working published by the lying Obammunists?

Nobody has a "perfect" website, but in the industry performance targets are generally described as five or six 9's. 80% isn't even in the same universe. 80% would get me fired and I'd leave with my head hanging in shame.

So Jay, buddy, I'd like to introduce you to the Doc who's going to do your colonoscopy. Sure, every fifth patient gets peritonitis and dies, but heck, we'll never have a "perfect" doctor. How's that sound?

Ya know, if all us white conservatives didn’t hate Obama because he is black, this whole ACA thingy would just be peachy keen.

Translation: The ObamaCare enrollment website is not going to be fixed by 30 November 2013. We don't know when, or if, it will be fixed.
