Libya does not work for Iraq. Doubt we could pay them to work for Iraq.

Now the problem, Libya is full of al Qaeda that would love to kill US soldiers. We have NO business there. But what happens if we don't? al Qaeda for real takes all the chips and overflows from Libya to all neighboring countries.
