The fact that Snowden was able to receive a top-secret security clearance despite having only been a contractor for several months...

The only way a person can pass the tests to receive a top-secret security clearance is to be proven to be totally honest.

One of the questions they ask is - when you have a bowel movement do you look at it before you flush?

That question is designed to temporarily catch a person off guard, but the answer, if the person says "no," they know the person would lie to their superiors. Can't have that, dontchaknow.

And to think, Obama has never had to pass an honesty test and yet 51% of the voting public voted him in to the most important political position in our country which requires an honest and morally fit personage.
