Insurance execs are going to insist on legislation from congress, because they simply cannot trust the Emperor.

...though by throwing massive subsidies at it, he MAY be able to get it to limp along past next year’s election.
Obama’s “fix” will create chaos in the insurance industry, leave consumers with cancelled policies bewildered about what to do with their insurance and at best is only a temporary fix designed to give Democrats political cover. Obamacare has moved from a Titanic at Pearl Harbor level disaster to a disaster on the scale of the International space station falling from orbit hitting the Empire State Building dislodging King Kong who then falls on a bus load of orphans.
