Hoyer said that the president lacked precision but never made an inaccurate statement.
That’s the same thing as saying, “This man has a throat issue,” w/o saying “he’s choking to death.”
I can see Hoyer has little appreciation for the difference between accuracy and precision.
Precision is placing a 5 shot group a one-inch circle.
Accuracy is placing a 5 shot group in a one-inch circle around the bull’s-eye.
