We have become nothing, a shadow of former glory, forgotten, dismissed and lost. That we are ruled by tyrants is obvious to all of us. We invest our future in a hopeless desire for an honest election knowing there is no such thing. We are past blood. There is only sweat and tears and death.
Nothing remains, no soldiers, no warriors, no cause to die for. We are bereft. We bought a lie called HOPE and sold our honor as its price.
Now we live a lie, a pack of lies, a torrent of lies, endless lies that leave us lost. We were a great people. Now we are weak and foolish and naked before the world.

I had to reread this one for full effect. We are indeed a country’s heart and soul so plainly and deliberately weakened from within, and probably the biggest defense we have mustered to date are showy political gestures. What satisfies us now, or passes for victory, is nothing more than witnessing the enemies of freedom’s frustration with the ease and rapidity of its fundamental transformation. This we mistake for his surrender because we forget the nature of the fight, or why we wage war.

When the warrior's tale is forgotten, then they become shadows. Dangerous men despised and feared. Thought of as killers, dismissed as monsters and stared at like beasts in a cage. But the society cannot deny them. It cannot deny that part of them. When the warrior diminishes, the energy is directed elsewhere. Sport becomes an obsession and matches end in bloody violence. Crime increases. Prisons fill up. So do police forces.

Please put me on your list. I usually read his article at his website, but this would be easier.

The truth here is timeless. It is about people of all ages. It is instinctual and the way we are and it is what the left wants to destroy.
