Some good news at last. The illegal immigrant crisis has been solved.
The UC Berkeley student government has banned the term illegal immigrant from its discourse, deeming the phrase racist, offensive, unfair and derogatory.
In an unanimous vote, student senators passed a resolution that stated the word illegal is racially charged, dehumanizes people, and contributes to punitive and discriminatory actions aimed primarily at immigrants and communities of color.
The resolution passed 18-0; therefore, we no longer have any illegal immigrants in this country, because there is no longer such a thing as an illegal immigrant. Revise your Newspeak dictionaries accordingly.

UC BERKELEY STUDENT GOVERNMENT BANS TERM ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT

I wish I went to Berkeley, so they could expel me for using the term.
Then sue them, put that school out of business for good.
Oh good, now we can start addressing them as Illegal Aliens again
Did they ban the term “self-loathing, insipid, naive, foolish student”?
Awesome. Let’s now follow the rules of a bunch of pin head libtard students with a mountain full of liberal white guilt.
Something i said before about Berkeley: I think the institution of UC Berkeley, particularly its leadership and a large portion of its faculty, have in certain ways had a horrendously negative influence on the whole nation and have, directly and indirectly, lowered the quality of life for millions of Americans.
Figured I’ll say it again.
OK. Let’s call them criminal freeloading foreigners.
So the phrase “illegal” is illegal?
And the student government is recursive? Or just cursive?
Or maybe cursed?
sounds great!
how about outlawing the word ‘poor’ so we don’t have to hand over 65% of the federal budget to entitlements?
Here, I'll solve the crisis....no public assistance will be provided to any non-citizen of the U.S.
Solved. They will deport themselves....no muss, no fuss, done.
Libs never worry about unfairness to the American Citizens.
If his brain has not been to damaged by re education, fast track 20 years when he has a family of his own and he wonders what happened to his American dream.
And this is why Conservatives should not attempt to reason with, compromise with, or other wise try to do ANYTHING with liberals other than utterly destroy them.
The actions of the UCB student government is what liberals, especially young ones, view as “fixing” the problem. It’s akin to sticking your fingers in your ears and screaming “LA, LA, LA, I CAN’T HEAR YOU”.
In less than 20 years, maybe less than 2, the term American will be outlawed
“Only two things of note have come out of Berkeley; UNIX and LSD. This is not a coincidence.” — Wish I could remember who said that.
On topic: I agree with the student govt. “Illegal immogrant” is bad. “Illegal alien” is correct.

I did go to UofC Berkeley on the G.I. Bill for WWII vets for my engineering degree. At the time it was definitely on the side of the USA as a top world university with socialism and communism creeping in. One place the vets disdained was called the ‘commie kitchen’. To graduate I had to take a special 2-4 hour exam dealing with USA government. There was nothing in the exam that I recall was against the spirit of ‘76’ indeed the exam was a promotion of the Nation I fought for and my brother died for. Over the years this creeping anti-USA has increased I believe because the University became influenced by the politics in California. This has reached the point where the new System(the University is now spread over several locations)President Napatalino can live in an expensive redo for lesbian life. What was once one of the premier universities in the world(think of the nuclear scientists)has been turned into a smudge pot for a one world ‘new world order’ as Bush1 exclaimed. With all of what has been happening I am very thankful that I can claim my education was as good as such could be and I will always be proud of attending UofC in my days.
