13 or so years ago Hubby went on the Atkins Diet. To make it easier on food prep etc. I did did it too. The pounds fell off til someone at work remarked that I was actually getting too skinny.
All the things in that article is stuff I learned when we went on the Atkins diet and everyone else was saying it would kill us.
