As many of you know who follow my page I don't believe for one second in global warming or climate change. I’ve been a very outspoken advocate trying to inform people that the science connected to it is a fraud. It’s nothing but a control issue for Liberals to regulate everything from our energy resources, to our food supply, to what kind vehicles we drive etc. The worst of it is it’s destroying our national economy. The debate needs to be continued by those of us who know that its total nonsense and explain GW/CC for what it really is which is a mechanism to totally CONTROL every aspect of our lives.

If the movie came out shortly after the last ice age those building on the coast would already be 400’ under water. What’s another 200’. The democratic frauds on the left would have you believe it’s because of man’s CO2. That is total BS and they have to MANIPULATE THE DATA for their propaganda events.
Colorado is certainly a different animal. It’s maybe the only Liberal State in the Rockies. But I don’t see it staying that way. After the recent recall elections and the secession movement in NW Colorado I believe the worm is going to turn.

Excerpting is only required for “sites that have complained about copyright violations” (see link below)
You are free to post the entire piece that you have written yourself. That way you’ll get more folks interested and commenting on what you have to say, and your responses to them are also appreciated. Many people don’t like to click over to an unknown website.

...and on the posting form where it says “Source - The name of the source”, you should put the name of your blog website, not the URL :)
As to “It says it’s required”, I guess you are talking about the posting form giving you that message before it will post. If that is the case, maybe you could try posting the whole article in the box, and then also click the checkbox “This is an excerpt” anyway. Or just post the rest of your article in Reply #1.
Maybe someone with more experience than I would be willing to comment on that aspect of posting an article.

So another strategy might be to add your thoughts to an existing news article thread on FR on this topic, where I’m sure you’ll get some feedback. Then you could add a link to your blog there for anyone interested in clicking on it :)
Hi HG. . . yes, I agree that excerpting from a blog is no good!
I thought that the checkbox for “This is an excerpt” was to help catch (prevent) people posting a whole copyrighted article.
I think one time I put an allowable excerpt of a news article in the box, but forgot to check the “This is an excerpt” checkbox, and then got a some kind of pop-up message about excerpting being required.
Is that message generated only for the sites that have already complained about copyright, or is it required to put a check in the checkbox for all posting?
I’ve seen hordes from the northeast, but the most of the incoming Californians were pretty much the same. Most of them weren’t in California long after originally moving from the northeast, or even long descended from Europe.
Some residents are already moving off of the Range in some high-elevation areas with more harsh weather conditions (cold, winds, spraying ice), because it’s likely to get much colder over the next six years or so. We’re at solar max in an extended minimum now, and this is all of the relief we’re going to get. See what happens during the coming January and February on some of these high altitude, intermontane basins. Then check it out in three to six years. There were some interesting downward temperature spikes last winter, but many things are going to break because of the cold fluctuations in the years ahead.
I’m closer to 2 miles high, BTW.
