They will sue:

The cops individually.

The entity that emplyes the cops.

The hospital.

Each doctor who performed any activity mentioned.

Any and all doctors present, whether they were participants or not.

Any and all medical assistants that were present.

And he will win.

Like finding gold.

Unnecessary medical procedures. Each will probably lose their license, not to mention their life’s savings and every dollar they ever make going forward. Most State licensure boards take this type of crap very seriously.

The warrant was issued in Luna County. The hospital was outside Luna County. Pay the man.
