I can’t stand watching it all the way through, but I watched a half minute or so.
Very, very politically correct. Every designated minority group included in the first fifteen seconds.

Maybe an inactive shooter is one who just sits there and waits for victims to come into range?
Seems like they got the order backwards. Fighting is your best option, if you have the means. Only when you are disarmed should you resort to running and hiding.
"Non-active shooter" does not currently pose a threat.
We HAD to watch these videos at work a few months ago. Then we had to take a test after.

Most of us still have to make a living and we do it in places where the rules are made by lawyers and insurance companies.
Thus the roaring success of the ‘gun free zone’ around schools has been expanded to most stores, office buildings and other businesses.
No test for me so I dodged that bullet.

In this mall shooting last night you have a gun free zone in a fairly anti-gun state, and a perp with an illegal drug habit who stole a gun from his brother. Fortunately, he just wanted to shoot up e place and not the people. At. LAX you have another active shooter, intent on shooting people, in a gun free zone, in a an anti-gun state, with weapons he couldn't have bought in either the state he lived in or the one he was from. Both should get an active shooter response from police.
Sadly, no sarcasm in this post.

I was in a shooting at my office, ESL in Sunnyvale. Those are the tips I would give someone. The only thing I would add is to try to get inside another building. Our shooter started shooting outside.
