In Pennsylvania a Bronze plan for a 55 year old man and a 54 year old wife costs a little under $900 per month, has a $10,000 deductible and 20% copay. ~ Noted! What's the coinsurance percentage once the deductible is met, 20% as well?

You confused Ohio with New York.
Try again.

New York has the better deal of the three states.”
Not necessarily. Lots of missing information on all the plans listed; Is there a network involved, if yes, is your doctor in that network, if no, are there out-of-network benefits, what is the deductible amount for out-of-network, how much of the fee for out-of-network is applied to the deductible, etc.
Even if it’s in network, what does the phrase “of the cost” really mean - is that of the doctor’s contract rate for that particular code?

Is that for in-network benefits and does your plan even cover out-of-network at all if your doctor is not part of that network?
The rates you quoted are just ridiculous. Why even bother? And yes, I know about the fines. Unless you end up going to the hospital, you’ll never meet your deductible so you’re better off to negotiate a cash price with your doc and don’t have insurance.

Yes, 20% copay for a Bronze plan. Of course I’ll spend more for one of the Silver or Gold plans, but they will be around $1,200 per month.
