My mother is being shoved off her plan (1-2014). She's 90 and I have called them twice to get her onto their BS Supplement and Part D.
Both times, people with heavy accents answer and say they'll research ... while the line immediately goes to dead air!

My fear is they’ll take her off her current plan, botch or delay the ‘new one’ and she’ll be SOL!
I hope not. I pray that there is still some decency even in a government run by indecent people.
Looks like the death panel review for your mom, she may not even get insurance. But if she does it will come with abortion, birth control, and sex change coverage. Good luck.
