(Oct. 29, 2013) — Following the submission of two affidavits at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington on October 18, The Post & Email contacted the petitioner, Douglas Vogt, to ask him key questions about his claims that the short-form and long-form birth certificates of Barack Hussein Obama are forgeries and that the identity of the forger and other criminal assistants is known.
Vogt is owner of Archive Index Systems, which markets scanners, copiers and document imaging systems. Previous to that, he owned and operated a typesetting business. An accountant by training, Vogt has also worked as a certified public accountant. Vogt has performed exhaustive research and published books on science and history.
Vogt maintains that the two fraudulent birth certificates were produced by the Hawaii Department of Health in cooperation with several employees there, including the director, Loretta Fuddy.

I find the information very compelling. One thing I know from reading everything I could get my hands on the past 5 years, Obama is a congenital liar. I won't bore you with the obvious since we all know what they are. Any patriot who would file a court document like this should be given the benefit of the doubt until such time as he is found not to be competent or true, or OBLACKULA is revealed to be the degenerate liar we know him to be.
Let's give Mr. Vogt a chance. He's taken a personal risk and we should stand by him the best we can.

I’ve always had the impression he may have had two bites at the foreign student cherry.
He was interviewed on his arrival in Hawaii and claimed to have a degree in business administration. He didn’t get that in Kenya.
This means that Jr's bc is forged AFTER 1962 and not the day of his birth.
“He was NOT eligible for Harvard as a foreign student UNLESS HE WAS 26 OR UNDER, so he CHANGED his birth to ‘1936’ because he was REALLY 28 (1934), not 26 (1936).”
Is there any documentation of the 26 years old age limit?
Vogt doesn’t list any references just makes the statement. It probably isn’t going to impress the judge that he doesn’t provide any references to his research.

I have no idea...you need to keep in mind that the kenyan student was NOT part of any particular group of students, he came to Hawaii on his own, his scholarship was apparently for one year only, and he is quoted as saying he had only enough funds for one or two semesters. What Hawaii might have had as a cut-off age for foreign students, we cannot know either, can we?
If born in 1934 as his original passport shows, he would have been aged 25 in 1959. He retained that 1934 birth year on his documentation until we see 1936 on a document dated August 31, 1961, that’s AFTER the supposed birthdate of August 4.
I can’t even begin to guess why his year of birth changes.
In August 1961 he would have been aged 27 if he was born in 1934. But that document is a forgery, so anything on it has to be suspect anyway.

So I’m not so sure any more...are they the real deal and how were they obtained?
If you zoom in on them the images are very pixelated. They look like they were copied from an old newspaper or magazine article.
And the 1964 renewal - the photo of Obama looks like it is lifting off the page.
It’s not helpful that they come from Smith.
So that might suggest the original images were published in Kenya...perhaps in a magazine. So far, I haven’t found any refence to their origin.

However, the kenyan student did use different birth years, we see that on the INS docs.
Years ago, I proposed Sr.’s getting younger had to do with age limits on his college scholarships.
