I was thinking of Pinging you to this.
Not necessary, I see.
Terrain exploits are a good bet for my neighborhood.
Puts cow tipping in a whole new context, doesn’t it?
I’ve seen hundreds at a time transported on flatcars around here.
How do we know 2700 is accurate?
Well, it only takes on to ruin your day.

It was reported by an eye- witness, a trucker in northern Michigan, that a convoy moved about 100 of these MRAPs to Camp Grayling during the cover of night on Oct. 14. They used secondary roads and they came from the west. It was further reported that these were marked with UN insignia.

Postal people have been seeing large numbers of odd guv vehicles, even drones in rural areas in Fl.
You just don’t want to be the “first guy” raided...
And you don’t want to be the “raider” on the second guy, either.
The glass is bullet-proof, but crazes easily. Even a thrown rock can crack it to a point where you can’t see out.
Also, the brakes are pneumatic. The lines are exposed in the wheel-wells and can be easily taken out as folks in Afghanistan found out...
Further, “tank traps” work on it if you can dig it deep enough to trap the front set of wheels deep enough to bottom out the frame.

This is on topic for the next meeting of our neighborhood unwelcoming committee.

Paint works wonders when it comes to visibility reduction applications.
Spattering the windows with small caliber rifle fire is a bit trickier to clean off...
How does an MRAP handle a rag, glass bottle, gasoline and phosphate?
Does an MRAP have a toilet? If not...
5.56mm
Using a “combined arms” approach may work best. Accompanying small arms fire with paintball pellets aimed at the vehicles windows/viewports would likely render those inside blind to anything on the exterior. This would serve to force the occupants to evacuate the vehicle in order to be effective in any manner.
True. Thing about paint is, it’s the sort of thing that potentially CAN be cleaned off. Thus obliging one or more of the occupants to emerge to do it. Open doors and hatches present other opportunities.
I see a shortage of E-2s qualified to clean paint spills looming. ;)
